Facebook Accelerator Bootcamp second edition will take place at Facebook’s NG Hub in Nigeria. After the close of application on June 30th, four student teams and eight startups were selected from Nigeria and Ghana for a six months program. Those selected leverage modern technologies such as data science, augmented/virtual realities and artificial intelligence to develop solution to problems.
The selected student teams are GESAL, Mus-Comm, InventoOne and Vinsighte while the startup teams are Simbi Interactive, VNTS, VMEDKIT, Gradely, Neohaul Technologies, Chekkit Technologies LLC, Curacle Systems and Appruve. These selected teams at the end of the program will receive up to $20000 in equity funding and mentorship from Facebook, CcHUB and other famous technical and business mentors.
On Friday the 27th of September, all the teams will be unveiled during a demo event giving room for each teams to showcase a demo of their innovative solutions. CcHUB will organize roadshow events in 10 states across Nigeria to educate entrepreneurs and students on technological advancement. The Facebook Accelerator Bootcamp second edition is design to support startups in scaling world class solution.
